You need to register at www.voganow.com so that we can enhance your shopping experience every time you visit us. You get a onetime Flat10% off on registration at your registered email id, and we keep you updated on your orders and refunds through SMS/email. Though we allow you to shop as a guest, however to avail the offers and discount we suggest to get yourself registered.

In case foot measurements are in between two different shoe sizes. What should I do?

In case you are very sure of your half size, order a size higher and email/call us to notify about the half size required.

If you are not sure, you can order the size you are more certain of. Keep in mind that we offer free and easy exchange, in case your shoes turn out to be too small or large.

I received a product I did not order. What do I do?

This rarely happens! We're really sorry! Do let us know your intent to return it at the earliest, and we will gladly replace or refund you for the same.

If you have received a faulty order?

"Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced."

If item is missing in the order?

  • We may have sent your items in separate parcels, information about which would have been communicated to you via emails, so please check that.
  • If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item's name and article number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can."

Why did I receive partial / incomplete order?

  • Don't worry! This is a prefectly fine and normal situation. This means that some products in your order may require additional time to be dispatched.

What is Try and Buy Service?

Try and buy service entitles you to try-out your purchases at the time of delivery, pay only for what you like and you may return the rest on-the-spot. Try and Buy service is a service, available on most of the products and currently only in Delhi.

Try and Buy is only available on orders containing <=3 items in cart not more than 3 items. To avail the service, please ensure that you inform our representative at the time of order confirmation call. Or after placing an order you just have to call/email us within 24hours to let us know about your order number. Please note that this service is currently available in Delhi only. Try and Buy will not be available during big sale days; we will re-offer the service, post such events.

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email from VOGANOW. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

Can I place an order for a product that's out of stock?

We regularly update our product range with new items, but every once in a while you may miss out on something. Enter your Name, Email address, Mobile number in the box down to the size help, and you'll be the first to know when it's back in stock. Also at times we can make it on order but that would mean no discount valid and will take minimum 10-14 days after order confirmed. Such orders are pre paid though we don't charge anything extra

If my article is out of stock will that article be replenished again?

We don't currently have the facility to let you know if or when an item is due back in stock. As we like to offer you new and exciting products regularly we don't tend to restock a lot of our items again.
We are always looking at improving your shopping experience so if this changes, we'll let you know.
You could also look for something similar – all you need to do is type a product description into the search box on our website. You can narrow down the selection by using our 'Search' section on the right hand side of the screen. Our New Arrivals section includes all our latest items, so it's always worth a look!

What payment methods does VOGANOW accept?

We accept 7 modes of payments i.e i. Visa, ii. Master Card, iii. American Express, iv. Maestro, v. PayPal, vi. Cash On Delivery(C.O.D) as well as vii. Physical Deposit in Bank Account.

If you choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Post which you will be directed back to the website.

At VOGANOW, your personal online security is important to us. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. We also take fraud very seriously so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer.

Are there any hidden charges?

Shipping within India is free. There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay exactly what you see in your order summary.

What if my payment has been declined?

"In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:

  • The card details on your VOGANOW account to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date, billing address or password etc.
  • The security code entered is correct – that's the three digit number on the back of your card.
  • Your card issuer may have declined your payment – as they don't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with them.
  • If you've checked all of the above and still face an issue , try paying with another card.

If you've tried all these yet have not had a successful payment ,then please contact our Customer Care Team with details of the issue including any error messages and we'll try to resolve it as soon as we can."

How can I use a coupon code on my order?

How do I return or exchange?

"At Voganow, the customer is king, always. If at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order and we will exchange the product or refund the entire amount paid. All you need to do is drop an email at [email protected] or call us within a period of 15 days, from the date of delivery, clearly mentioning the order number and stating the reason for return.

However, you must ensure that the merchandise is returned to us in an unused, unwashed, saleable condition with the tags intact and in the original packaging with its complimentary items. This protects us from losses and helps us serve you better and longer.

Custom-made leather jackets cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that certain conditions apply when offers are availed."

Do I get charged for returning products?

Returns are FREE at Voganow.com. You do not pay for Return Shipments! However, if we're unable to arrange for a pickup in your city, we will credit Rs.100 to your Voganow Store account towards courier charges once we receive your returns shipment

Post Usage , facing issue with the product?

At Voganow, we carefully screen and select the products that are made available . In rare cases if you face quality related issues such as color bleeding, shrinkage etc. post usage, we will forward your complaint to our brand partners and assist you with a solution.

How will my order be delivered to me?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Your order will be delivered to you through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.

How do I check the status of my order?

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from VOGANOW with courier company details along with the tracking id. You may simply check the status by visiting their website. Incase your query is not resolved, our customer care representative will help you in tracking your order.

Does delivery takes time more than the displayed timeline 7-14 days?

Each product is entirely handcrafted and hand painted the only reason sometimes delivery takes time more than the displayed timeline.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact us through phone or via email at [email protected]

Your products are too expensive!

We would love to be able to make the products at even lower prices, but as they are individually hand-made and hand painted to design specifications, using genuine leathers and materials, this process takes a longer and is much more expensive. The quality and durability will give you the satisfaction for the amount spent by you.

What material are the shoes made off?

The shoes are made up of 100% genuine Imported Crust Leather. These shoes are made using the natural color crust which are hand colored once the shoe is made, This is our USP. This shoe making technique is sometimes the reason for our extended delivery time.

How are the shoes made?

All our shoes are made of premium imported crust Leather. Each product is entirely handcrafted by our skilled cobblers, from cutting the unique patterns of the last you picked, to embossing the Bareskin and Brune logo. Once the shoe is ready it is hand colored to give its uniqueness.

How do I care for my shoes?

We want your shoes to stay in good condition, so we provide a soft dust bag to help keep them safe. All you need to do is use a neutral shiner on the shoe and rub a cotton cloth / shiner on it.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on VOGANOW. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all VOGANOW and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
